Greg + Alyssa, where do I even begin? We laughed, we sweated, we sat on ant hills, we laughed some more. We sorta got lost and we captured some beautiful images. It was a great evening. A "hot" one to say the least. haha. Greg and Alyssa are getting married this fall and I am over the moon excited. If we are going to laugh as much as we did doing this session, I am going to have to prepare myself for some new laugh lines haha.
This day was a day I won't forget. I really love meeting free spirited, outgoing and downright genuine people. Miss J was definitely one of those people. When I went to her home, she welcomed me in and we discussed the plan for our shoot. We just clicked. She was just amazing. She wanted to do this session for herself. She was very body positive and wanted to embrace "what her momma gave her" haha. She has a very creative soul and together we came up with these images and WOW, did they ever blow our minds.
When she had her reveal, she was in awe of herself. I don't blame her. She worked it! All her core muscles too haha.

Adventurous, loving and super funny. She was the perfect package for a fulfilled evening. I love her loud personality and THAT laugh, hahaha she can make me laugh. Even while in my expense while tripping over furry rocks and things in the water trying to eat my toes. What an eventful evening.
This was my first year for Shoal Lake Grad and it was a blast. Congratulations class of 2017. Have fun on your next adventure.

Oh Oliver, you melt my heart.
Interesting story with this little man. His dad, before Oliver was born had a dream about his grandfather and his Oliver tractors. Which he now happens to have as a collectors item. It just came to him as a sign and that is how baby Oliver was named. How suiting and perfect.
Sweet baby Meeka, only a few days old and already a star wars fan like her mom and dad. :) I really enjoyed cuddling this sweet babe.
What an enjoyable, yet crazy evening with these two youngsters. I had a blast and I think they did too with this cute set up. Mom & Dad sure are lucky to have these to cuties in their lives.
Rochelle is just breathtaking in her session. She was just whimsical in that dress, and boy or boy did she kill her session with elegance. Tomorrow is her big day and her whole family is excited to cheer her on as she steps into her new exciting journey. Congratulations Rochelle.

This lovely couple has chemistry like you would not believe. Just look at their charisma. I had a blast with these two. Collecting wood ticks, trudging through prickly weeds, and climbing mounds of trees. They are both fun and adventurous and up for anything. Ill just let the photos speak for themselves. I can't wait for their special day in 2018. Eek!!
This week I headed down to Storthoaks, Sk to capture this beauty before her grad ceremony. WOW! She is gorgeous. She was so fun to capture and was brave to face what felt like a hurricane hahah. Tayla is a giggly, fun spirited little girl. She came with her mom to celebrate her 1 year milestone. I can't believe how much she has grown. I feel like it was just a few months ago that I took her newborn portraits. Happy 1st Year Tayla!! xo
Kevin + Candas are on their next step in their journey. First comes love, then 34 ducks, 2 goats, 1 horse, 15 weird looking turkey things, and now they are having one of their very own. Hahah. I am beyond happy for them. I can't wait to see their bundle of joy in a few short weeks.
This gorgeous gal was over yesterday morning and blessed me with her blue eyes! Wow! What a beautiful girl that makes me want to float around in my own personal milk bath. haha This little cutie is 7 months and just a beauty.
Little Miss Oak is just 7 months old and she should already be modelling in some baby magazine. She is just so darn cute. Those big eyes and that precious smile just pull at my heart strings.
Kristyn + Matthew are tying the knot this August and I am pumped! We took off in the woods for their steamy engagement session and WOW do they have chemistry. Non stop smooches and I loved it. Even when the camera was off they were still going at it haha. I can't wait to see what their wedding has to bring. <3
